Easy Eats began as a new kind of gluten-free food and lifestyle magazine. We looked at life through a positive lens, fully believing it's "good to be gluten free."  With original foolproof recipes, expert how-to advice, and in-depth features, we sought to make lives easier and kitchens tastier.

Although now defunct, Easy Eats developed and tested hundreds of recipes that it would be a shame to lose.  We are currently archiving all that work, in hopes that it will continue to help and heal those who are gluten-free.
