Touchdown Nachos

- 1 bag yellow corn chips
- 1 bag blue corn chips
- 1 ½ cups Super Bowl Chili
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup chopped pickled jalapeño chiles
- ½ cup salsa, plus more for serving
- ½ cup taco sauce
- Sour cream and guacamole, for serving
- Preheat oven to 400°. On an oven-safe platter, layer half of the chips and half of each topping, then repeat with remaining chips and toppings. Bake until cheese has melted, 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot with sour cream, guacamole, and extra salsa for topping.
