Touchdown Nachos

  • 1 bag yellow corn chips
  • 1 bag blue corn chips
  • 1 ½ cups Super Bowl Chili
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped pickled jalapeño chiles
  • ½ cup salsa, plus more for serving
  • ½ cup taco sauce
  • Sour cream and guacamole, for serving
  1. Preheat oven to 400°. On an oven-safe platter, layer half of the chips and half of each topping, then repeat with remaining chips and toppings. Bake until cheese has melted, 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot with sour cream, guacamole, and extra salsa for topping.
