Jeanne’s Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Mix

  • Makes: 4 1/2 cups
  • 1 1/4 cups brown rice flour
  • 1 1/4 cups white rice flour
  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 cup sweet rice flour (also known as glutinous rice flour)
  • 2 scant teaspoons xanthan gum
  1. Mix all ingredients together and store in a cool, dark place, or in the fridge for long-term storage.
